The Cooking Pot is wider at the base and slightly narrow at the top, with a wide collar for easy handling. It is an elegant Pot that is used to store water or as cookware. It is made of a thick Brass sheet that can withstand high temperatures, which gives taste to the food. Brass is an alloy made of Copper and Zinc. It is a symbol of pride, wealth, and beauty. It has been used in the manufacturing of utensils for ages. Brass is rustproof, safe, environment friendly, and recyclable, unlike iron which gets rusted with oxidation. Brass has a strong traditional value across India in terms of usage for cooking and storage purposes. The tin lining process is done by heating the brass metal in a furnace and liquid tin applied and allowed to cool down. Brass gets easily cleaned up as well with the help of lemon or simple chemicals. After usage, wash the vessel with ordinary soap and dry it before keeping it in the cupboard. If not in use, keep the vessel in a place where there is less moisture. It has been used for preparing delicious biryani, Curries and also it contains the maximum level of quantity with that cooking pot.
