Prepare Fabric and Wool filler

2 Bedsheet size fabric pieces are prepared by block-printing on them.

Put the filler between 2 pieces of fabric

A layer of cotton – wool is inserted between 2 layers of quilt fabrics.

Hand quilt the Rajai

The three layers are then hand-quilted together.

Machine Quilt the sides

All four sides are stitched by machine. Your quilt is ready !!

MATERIAL: TOAI quilt/ rajai is made from Pure Mulmul / Muslin Cotton. It is a fine , lightweight and strong fabric which is skin friendly and easy to maintain. Natural cotton-wool is used as filler for the quilts, we do not use synthetic microfibers. Our quilts are machine stitched from all 4 sides and are hand-quilted through-out the length and width of the fabric. Our quilts are suitable for all age-groups , from kids to adults, and especially recommended for people with sensitive skin.
PATTERN AND COLOUR: Our designs are inspired by Ethnic Indian / Floral / Boho Chic / Vintage / Cottage and farmhouse prints. All quilts are reversible , printed on both sides.
HANDMADE FEATURE: Our bedsheets are hand block printed by expert artisans from Rajasthan. There might be slight irregularities in colour and prints which make each piece one of its kind. Colours are represented as accurately as possible but may vary slightly from what is seen on screen.
MEASUREMENTS: Single or Twin XL Size 60 inches x 90 inches || Queen or Standard Double Bed Size 90 inches x 108 inches || King or Large Double Bed Size 108 inches x 90 inches
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Dry Clean or Hand Wash recommended. Do not bleach or use hot iron. For longer and healthier quilt life, put it outside on a warm and sunny day, for a few hours, 2-3 times in a year.
